Area Overview

The Arnavutköy area is located in the European side of Istanbul, specifically northwest of the city on the Black Sea, with a coastline of 22 km. Its beaches are spread out with a beautiful chain of restaurants, cafes and tourist hotels, which are famous for seafood dishes, which attracts many tourists.

Arnavutköy is considered one of the large areas in Istanbul with an area of 453 km2. It is also characterized by its simple rural character, far from the noise, crowding and pollution of the city. It is also considered the main source of freshwater that feeds the city of Istanbul.

Despite this, it contains all services for its residents, such as public and private hospitals, educational and cultural centers, and shops that provide them with all their needs and supplies.

It is located near the Arnavutkoy area, the Basaksehir area with a strong and modern infrastructure, and close to the center of Istanbul, and the areas of Çatalca, Esenyurt, and Buyukcekmece.

Why this city

The Arnavutköy area is considered one of the very important investment areas in the city of Istanbul, as it is the home of huge investment projects. It has witnessed a major qualitative shift in the urban field and investment development despite the simplicity of rural life, so it is considered one of the investment areas with good ROI.

The most prominent investment projects established in the Arnavutkoy area:

  • The new Istanbul Airport, which is considered the largest airport in the world.
  • The New Istanbul Canal, which is considered a major qualitative leap in the field of water projects, as this canal connects the Black Sea to the north and the Sea of Marmara to the south, forming a strait similar to the Bosphorus, which reflects positively on various investment projects in the region, especially real estate projects.
  • The Third Istanbul Bridge, which connects European Istanbul with Asian Istanbul, is considered the eighth longest suspension bridge and the longest bridge supported by railways in the world.
  • There are also many important industrial sectors in the Arnavutköy area, such as the textile industry and other large industries, which made it one of the important industrial areas in Istanbul, and this gives the region an excellent investment dimension.
