Choosing the right area while buying a new apartment in Istanbul

The disadvantage of this area is, limited choice for transportation, it is reachable by bus but there is no metro in this area till now.

Ghaziosmanpasa:

It is considered a very modern area closer to the old city, Bosphorus & Belgrade forests. The Istanbul canal and its proximity to Istanbul’s to third airport and good transportation infrastructure made it a jewel among Istanbul regions. It’s near to Venice Mall, many international school and Universities.

The disadvantage of this area is that there are random buildings in this area and only one metro station in the area.

Average price of a medium apartment: 700.000 TL

Basin Express:

It is located near to Florya and Bakirkoy. Basin Express is located between two international highways, E5 & TEM, which makes this area a prime location especially for traders. The area has grown rapidly because of its location, it has two very important commercial centers, 212OUTLET & mall of Istanbul, metro line and two international universities.

The disadvantage of this area is price per meter in this area as compared to the surrounding areas and presence of many random buildings in addition to large number of industrial plants.
