The launch of the new center, with nearly twice the size of Taksim Square and many important shops and business centers.
The limited supply of residential and investment projects in Basaksehir is generally due to the state’s reservation to harm the vegetation of the region, which will increase the prices of current and future projects.
Development of the transport sector: Despite the availability of a metro covering important areas of Basaksehir, Basaksehir transportation with metro lines will witness a major turnaround due to the four metro lines projects in progress, the most important of which si the metro line, M7 Mahmoud Bey-Esenyurt.
