o Print a copy of the required papers and it must be signed by the applicant.

o Pay the residence fees at the treasury office on the day of the appointment after submitting all documents and papers to the concerned employee.

o Submit the residency application papers on the day of the appointment to the relevant authorities in full and wait until the residency is issued between 30 to 90 days.


• What is real estate residency?

It is a residence permit granted by the Turkish government to every foreigner who has purchased a property in Istanbul or owns an immovable property in Turkish territory and within any city in it without exception, and thus gave the right to any foreigner who purchases a residential property in Turkey and owns all the identification papers related to the property, by applying in a manner Legal to the wishes and departments of the state to obtain the residence of the property, which facilitates the conduct of all legal procedures within the country.

o Obtaining an appointment through the websites of the state and belonging to the Turkish Immigration Department, or obtaining it through the approved residence offices, provided that the owners of the property and each family member have their own appointment.

o Fill out an application to apply online, to obtain an appointment at one of the state security branches, which shows through the application all the papers necessary to complete the residency procedures.

o Go to the wish list on the day of the pre-set appointment with all the papers prepared in advance when filling out the application.

o The need to pay a fee to obtain residency, which ranges from $100 to $150 per person, to be paid within one of the state security offices.

o When all matters are legally completed during the appointment, the residence permit is sent when issued to the residence address by the state post and takes between 30 to 60 days to issue.

o An original copy of the passport, valid for a minimum of 6 months.

o The existence of a title deed (Tabu) that proves ownership of the property in Turkey.

o A copy of the property's albumin insurance.

o A translated copy of the family statement for the children when applying for the residence of the property as a family.
